Just attended the most recent Tech Sales Advice Zoom session hosted by Chris White with special guest Jeff Margolese (Service Now). Pretty incredible to hear their SE to AE ratio as being 1:1 at the Enterprise Level, and 2:1 on average.
Jeff spoke about the importance of the ratio in increasing deal size and our unique ability to show value to the prospect. The SE Academy at Service Now, although scaling back is apparently still producing 120 SEs per year and there are more than 80 SE Roles within the Company.
