Attended another great meeting of 6HC folks this morning – what an AMAZING group !
One topic that arose was how we can get honest feedback from our AEs/AMs – part of the 6th habit. The point of true partnership was suggested and how effective Pre-Sales Leaders should fight with Sales Leadership to promote us to be seen as true Partners and not just ‘utilized’.
We discussed the importance of a 10 minute pre-sync before a customer meeting, to discuss roles and the general play of the meeting – if we do that then its only natural to have a brief follow up call with our Partner to probe what WE did well on the call and what WE can improve upon.
Critiquing the WE is less confrontational
